Abstract


THE EFFECTS OF AN EMPHATIC-SYMPHATIC AND STRATEGIC ADMINISTRATION ON THE WORKERS AND A STUDY

An administrator is one who sometimes forms variables and sometimes administers these. The state of administration’s being strategic may change depending on the quality of the job. Employees in the sectors also have to comply with this change. The administrator or employee who cannot comply with these variables and changes can neither show performance nor be successful. This study is aimed to reveal how effective the empathic skill levels of administrators are on their routine activities and attitudes in their professional life.

According to knowledge obtained from written and verbal sources provided by researches, it is concluded that administrators having high empathic power are more sincere to their junior staff in general, think that their junior staff love them more, their junior staff approach them more comfortably, tell them about their personal problems and leave their office after having been relieved, they are more closely interested in their junior staff’s personal problems with the purpose of turning it into high performance and remain by the side of their junior staff in payment and working security problems when compared to administrators with lower empathic power.

Professional life changes day after day. Since competence is continuing cruelly in organizations, institutions and firms, administrators and those being administered have to position their thought, action and plans at strategic dimension. The basic purpose of using strategic administration is the desire of companies to continue their existence. Companies need to have a vision and a mission operating based on this vision in order to be successful. The mission and philosophy of the business have to be defined and applied within the Strategic Administration process. The scope of Strategic Administration is wide and many factors in and out of the organization have to be taken into account during the formation and application phases.
