Abstract
Sipariş işleme, taşımacılık, paketleme, ambalajlama, elleçleme, envanter yönetimi gibi pek çok faaliyeti kapsayan lojistik fonksiyonu gerek ülkeler gerek ise işletmeler açısından ekonomik faaliyetlerin omurgasıdır. Son yıllarda Endüstri 4.0 ile önemi daha da artan dijitalizasyon, otonomi, inovasyon, otomasyon, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri lojistik sektörünü de değişime zorlamaktadır. Bilindiği üzere temelde Endüstri 4.0 kendi kendini kontrol edebilen kaynakların akıllı ağlar oluşturmasını ifade etmektedir. Bu konsept ile en üst seviyede etkinlik, esneklik, verimlilik ve entegrasyon amaçlanmaktadır. Entegre ve otomatize edilmiş bileşenler ile şirket içi ve dışı tüm taraflar arasında şeffaflık, anlık veri akışı ve optimizasyon sağlanabilmektedir. Bu bağlamda Endüstri 4.0 ’ın içerdiği teknolojilerin ve yeniliklerin lojistik süreçlere entegrasyonun olarak tanımlanan ‘Akıllı Lojistik’ kavramı işletmelerin iş modellerinde kritik değişimlere yol açmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Lojistik 4.0 olarak ta tanımlanan akıllı lojistik kavramı, ilgili teknolojiler, iş dünyasında yaratacağı potansiyel faydalar ve engeller araştırılmış ve yakın geleceğe yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
The logistics function, which covers many activities such as order processing, transportation, packaging, material handling, inventory management, is the backbone of economic activities for both countries and businesses. Digitalization, autonomy, innovation, automation, information and communication technologies, whose importance has increased with Industry 4.0 in recent years, are also forcing change in the logistics sector. As it is known, Industry 4.0 basically refers to the creation of intelligent networks of self-controlled resources. With this concept, it is aimed to maximize efficiency, flexibility, productivity and integration. Moreover transparency, real time data flow and optimization can be achieved between all internal and external parties through integrated and automated components. In this context, 'Smart Logistics', which is defined as the adopting of the technologies and innovations of Industry 4.0 into logistics processes, causes critical changes in the business models of enterprises. In this study, the concept of smart logistics also defined as Logistics 4.0, its related technologies used, the potential benefits and difficulties to be experienced were investigated and suggestions for the near future were made.
