Abstract
Terör örgütleri başvurdukları şiddeti meşrulaştırmak için geliştirdikleri argümanları, varlıklarını yüceltmede ve kendilerine taraftar bulmada kullanmaktadırlar. Terör örgütleri, argümanlarını güçlendirecek sosyal zemini kendi lehine şekillendirecek çatışmacı ortamı var etmeye çalışırlar. Bunun içinde düşmanlaştırıcı söylemlere sıklıkla başvururlar. PKK terör örgütü de tıpkı diğer terör örgütleri gibi kendini meşrulaştırmaya çalışırken kendi ideolojisini öne sürerken çatıştığı devleti ve toplumu (karşısında duran bütün unsurları) düşmanlaştırmaktadır. PKK, ihmalleri ve kimi yanlışları istismar ederek devlete karşı Kürtleri kışkırtmış ve düşmanlaştırmada oluşturduğu perspektifi gerçeklik olarak sunmaya çalışmıştır. PKK, basın organları aracılığı ile propaganda, manipülasyon ve dezenformasyonda bulunarak devleti ve devleti destekleyen halk kitlesini şeytanlaştırmak sureti ile takipçilerine ve militanlarına hedef olarak göstermiştir. Çalışmada PKK’nın araçsallaştırarak eylemlerine bir dayanak olarak kullandığı “düşmanlaştırma” yeni mevziler kazanmaya çalıştığı yazılı medya belgeleri incelenerek gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
In order to justify the violence they apply, terror organizations use the arguments they put forward to glorify their existence and to find supporters. Terrorist organizations try to create a confrontational environment that can strengthen their arguments and shape the social ground in their favor. Therefore, they often resort to antanogizing utterances. While the PKK terrorist organization, like other terrorist organizations, tries to legitimize itself and puts forward its own ideology, it antagonizes the state and society (all the opposing parties) it clashes with. By exploiting negligence and some mistakes, the PKK has provoked the Kurds against the state and tried to present the perspective it has created in enmity as a reality. By means of press organs, the PKK has made propagandas, manipulative and disinformation activities, thus it has tried to convince its followers and militants that the state and its supporters as mass of people are devils and so are the targets. In this study, by going through the printed press, it has been tried to show that the PKK is trying to gain new positions through the use of “antagonizing” strategy as an instrument that it uses as a basis for its actions.
