Abstract
Bilgi teknolojilerinin hızla geliştiği ve dijital dönüşümün dalga dalga ilerlediği günümüz dünyasında, gerek çalışanlar gerekse işletmeler açısından teknolojik yeniliklere adapte olmak bir zorunluluktur. Dijital dönüşümü tetikleyen en önemli unsur şüphesiz Endüstri 4.0’dır. Endüstri 4.0 kapsamında meydana gelen teknolojik gelişimler lojistik süreçlerinin de dönüşümüne neden olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada lojistik bölümü öğrencilerinin lojistiğin dijitalleşmesi sürecine yaklaşımlarının bireysel yenilikçilik düzeyleri ve Endüstri 4.0’a bakış açıları kapsamında değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Öğrencilerin Endüstri 4.0’a bakış açıları Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TKM) ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Bartın Üniversitesi Uluslararası Ticaret ve Lojistik Bölümü öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Çevrimiçi anket tekniği kullanılarak tam sayım yöntemi ile 122 öğrenciden veri toplanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda öğrencilerin bireysel yenilikçilik düzeylerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini faydalı ve kolanımı kolay olarak algıladıkları, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerine yönelik tutum ve niyetlerinin olumlu olduğu ve Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini orta düzeyde kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına bağlı olarak lojistik bölümü öğrencilerinin lojistik sektörünün dijitalleşmesi sürecine farkındalık ve uyum düzeylerini arttırmak amacıyla çok yönlü çalışmaların yapılması ve eğitim planlamalarının bu doğrultuda yapılması önerilmektedir.

Abstract
In today's world where information technologies are developing rapidly and digital transformation is advancing in waves, adapting to technological innovations is a must for both employees and businesses. Industry 4.0 is undoubtedly the most important factor that triggers digital transformation. Technological developments occurring within the scope of Industry 4.0 also cause the transformation of logistics processes. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the logistics department students' approaches to the digitalization process of logistics within the scope of their individual innovation levels and their perspective to Industry 4.0. Students' perspectives on Industry 4.0 were examined with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The universe of the research consists of Bartın University International Trade and Logistics Department students. Data were collected from 122 students with the full count method using the online questionnaire technique. As a result of the study, it was determined that the students' level of individual innovation was medium, they perceive Industry 4.0 technologies as useful and easy to use, their attitudes and intentions towards Industry 4.0 technologies were positive, and they used Industry 4.0 technologies at a medium level. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended to carry out multi-dimensional studies and plan their education in order to increase the level of awareness and adaptation of the logistics department students to the digitalization process of the logistics sector.
