AUTHOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Authors should take collective responsibility for the content of their work and publications that they have uploaded to the journal system and that they want to publish. For this reason, researchers should carefully check their publications at every stage to ensure that they are careful about citing references, especially that methods and findings are reported accurately.
They should act responsibly and follow all relevant legislation regarding the necessity of obtaining an ethics committee report in studies such as research, interview and survey application related to the article study.
Honesty
Researchers should present their findings and results honestly, without inappropriate data manipulation, in their work submitted for publication. Research findings and images should never be changed in a misleading way.
Authors should immediately warn the journal editor at the stage when they discover any errors in the articles they have uploaded to the journal system, from article acceptance to publication, and even after publication. In this case, it should cooperate with the editors to make corrections or retractions when necessary.
If researchers have carried out applied work, they should try to describe their methods and present their findings as simply and clearly as possible. Sufficient details should be provided to allow the studies they want to publish to be replicated by other researchers in the future.
Authors should correctly include citations and quotations from other people's work that they use in their own work. If they have not read the cited work, they should not copy references from other publications.
Transparency
All authors involved in the work must agree and approve to list the published and published versions of the work. Any changes in the author rank or removal from the author list, including those that have been removed from the author list, must be approved by all authors. For this reason, the author who uploads an article to the journal system should act as the contact point between the editor and other authors and should take the responsibility of informing other authors.
Originality
Authors must comply with the publication requirements that the work they have prepared is original and has not been published elsewhere or in any language.
Applicable copyright laws and conventions must be followed. Copyright material (eg, tables, figures, or comprehensive offers) should be reproduced only with appropriate permission and approval.
Both previous research and the authors' own work and publications should be accepted and referenced correctly. Basic literature should be used as much as possible.
Authors should inform editors whether the findings have been previously published and submitted for publication elsewhere.
Accountability and Responsibility
All authors should read and be familiar with the reported studies and ensure that publications follow the principles in this guideline. In most cases, authors are expected to take joint responsibility for the integrity and reporting of research. However, if the authors take responsibility only for certain aspects of the research and their reporting, it should be noted in this publication.
If errors or omissions are discovered after publication, authors should work with the editor or publisher to promptly correct their work.
Publication Ethics
IDEA STUDIES Journal requires all authors to comply with the ethical standards prescribed by COPE, which takes privacy issues seriously and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Plagiarism Policy
All works submitted for publication to the journal system must pass a similarity (plagiarism) screening. It is the author's responsibility to receive the plagiarism report and to approve the publication of the work, and the work should be reported by Turnitin, CrossCheck by iThenticate or intihal.net. Studies with a similarity report should be uploaded to the journal system with the article or sent to the journal's e-mail address.

It is deemed necessary to protect the rights of the author and to issue permissions for reprinting or other use of published research. The copyrights of the works accepted for publication are deemed to have been transferred to the IDEA STUDIES Journal.
