PSİKOLOJİK SÖZLEŞMENİN ÖRGÜTSEL GÜVEN ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİNİN ANALİZİ: TIBBİ SATIŞ MÜMESSİLLERİ ÜZERİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Çalışmada, klasik iş sözleşmelerinin ötesinde örgütler adına önemi giderek artan psikolojik sözleşme kavramının örgütsel güven üzerindeki etkisinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Konya ili ve çevresinde görev yapmakta olan tıbbi satış mümessillerini kapsayan ankete dayalı nicel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Bölgede görevli olan toplam 350 tıbbi satış mümessiline dağıtılan anketten, geri bildirimi gerçekleşen ve değerlendirmeye alınan 166 adeti SPSS 22.0 programı aracılığıyla istatistiksel analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Söz konusu analizler sonucunda, psikolojik sözleşme ile alt boyutlarından ilişkisel psikolojik sözleşmenin örgütsel güven üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiş, ayrıca psikolojik sözleşmenin diğer alt boyutu olan işlemsel psikolojik sözleşmenin ise örgütsel güven üzerinde negatif ve anlamlı etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür.

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to reveal the effect of psychological contracting concept on organizational trust which is increasing importance on behalf of organizations beyond classical business contracts. For this purpose, a quantitative survey based on medical sales representatives working in and around Konya was conducted. Distributed to 350 medical sales representatives working in the region, 166 of the survey whose feedback was conducted and evaluated were subjected to statistical analysis through SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the analyzes in question, it was found that psychological contract and relational psychological contract from its sub-dimensions had a positive and significant effect on organizational trust; in addition, it was found that the transactional psychological contract, the other sub-dimension of the psychological contract, had a negative and significant effect on organizational trust.
