REKABET STRATEJİLERİNİN İMALAT LOJİSTİĞİNE ETKİLERİ: KAHRAMANMARAŞ TEKSTİL SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ALAN ARAŞTIRMASI

Abstract
Bu araştırma Kahramanmaraş ilinde faaliyet gösteren imalat işletmelerinin rekabet stratejilerini uygulama potansiyellerini ortaya koymak ve bu uygulamaların imalat lojistiğine ve iş performansına etkilerinin olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Buradan hareketle ilk aşamada rekabet, rekabet stratejileri, iş performansı ve imalat lojistiğine ilişkin literatür taramasına yer verilmiştir. Bu amaçla Kahramanmaraş ilinde faaliyet gösteren tekstil imalat işletmelerinde çalışan 138 yöneticiye anket uygulanmıştır. Anket uygulaması sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak; frekans, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleriyle test edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre; rekabet stratejilerinin üretim lojistik sistem performansını ve iş performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte üretim lojistik sistem performansının da iş performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
This research was prepared to reveal the potential of applying the competitive strategies of the manufacturing enterprises operating in Kahramanmaras province and to determine whether these applications have an effect on manufacturing logistics and business performance. From this point of view, the literature on competition, competition strategies, business performance and manufacturing logistics was included in the first stage. For this purpose, 138 managerial questionnaires were applied in textile manufacturing enterprises operating in Kahramanmaras province. The results obtained from the essay were obtained by using the SPSS program; frequency, correlation and regression analysis. According to the analysis results; competition strategy has reached the result that it affects the production logistics system performance and business performance positively. In addition, production logistics system performance has also been found to affect business performance positively.
