Abstract
Bu çalışmanın konusunu, Türk hukuk sisteminde düzenlenmiş bulunan “öğretmenin disiplin hakkı” oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sınıfta disiplini sağlama yetkisine sahip olan öğretmenlerin disiplin hakkına yönelik düzenlenen hukuk kurallarının irdelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, öğretmenlerin, disiplin hakkına yönelik disiplin yetkisinin hukuksal dayanakları ile mevcut durum arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir.
Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenin disiplin hakkına yönelik hukuksal düzenlemelerin öğretmenler tarafından yeterli olmadığı saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin sınıfta disiplini sağlamada kullanabilecekleri hukuksal yöntemlerin etkili olmadığı belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The subject of this work is organized by the Turkish legal system the right to discipline the "teacher". In this study the discipline in the classroom teachers who has the authority to provide the right to discipline in the study of the intended use of the rules of law. Study of the teachers disciplinary authority for the right to discipline legislative stops and the relationship between the current status is checked.
It was revealed that legal arrangement of discipline rights of teachers was found insufficent by teachers. Besides, it was detected that law methods which could be used by teachers to maintain discipline in the classroom had been adequate.
