TÜRKİYE'DEKİ SAĞLIK YÖNETİMİ BÖLÜMLERİNİN BAŞARILI SAĞLIK YÖNETİCİSİ YETİŞTİRME BAKIMINDAN MÜFREDATLARININ DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract
Sağlık alanındaki ihtiyaçların hızla artması, sağlık sistemlerinin çeşitlenmesi ve sağlık konusunun ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeylerine olan etkisi gibi sebepler günümüzde sağlık kurumlarının daha karmaşık bir organizasyon yapısına dönüşmesini sağlamıştır. Tıbbi, sosyal, ekonomik ve teknolojik unsurları içinde barındırması sebebiyle diğer birçok organizasyondan farklı olan sağlık kurumlarının başarılı bir şekilde yönetilmesi elzem hale gelmiş ve profesyonel sağlık yöneticilerine olan ihtiyaç artmıştır. Sağlık alanına profesyonel yönetici yetiştirmek üzere kurulan Sağlık Yönetimi bölümlerinde ihtiyaca cevap verebilecek şekilde dersler okutulması ise yönetici adayı öğrenciler ve görev yapacakları kurumlar için oldukça mühimdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü bulunan üniversitelerin bölüm müfredatlarındaki sıklıkla tekrar eden ve en az % 50’sinin müfredatında bulunan dersleri keşfetmektir. Bu çerçevede araştırma, Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü bulunan üniversitelerin bölümlerinin internet sitelerinde yer alan öğretim programlarının incelenmesi ve sıklıkla tekrar eden ortak derslerin bulgulanmasını içermektedir. Sonuç olarak sağlık kurumlarının başarılı bir şekilde yönetilmesine yönelik ihtiyacı karşılamak üzere kurulan Sağlık Yönetimi bölümlerinin müfredatlarında sıklıkla tekrarlayan temel zorunlu derslerin çoğunlukla iktisadi ve idari bilimler alanına ait yönetim dersleri olduğu, ancak üniversite bazında ders isimlerinin örtüşmediği bulgulanmıştır.

Reasons such as the rapid increase in healthcare needs, the diversification of health systems and the effect of health on the development level of countries have led to the transformation of health institutions into a more complex organizational structure. Successful management of health institutions, which are different from many other organizations due to the fact that they contain medical, social, economic and technological elements, has become essential and the need for professional health managers has increased. It is vital for the students who are candidate managers and for the institutions the students will work for, that teaching lectures to meet the needs in the Health Management departments established to train professional managers in the health area. The aim of this study is to explore the frequently repeated courses in the curriculum of universities with Health Management Departments in Turkey and which are in the curriculum of at least 50% of these universities. In this context, the research includes examining the curricula on the websites of the universities with Health Management Departments and determining the frequently recurring common courses. As a result, it has been found that the frequently recurring basic courses in the curriculum of the Health Management departments, which were established to meet the need for the successful management of health institutions, are mostly management courses in the field of economics and administrative sciences, but the course names on the university basis do not overlap.
