Abstract
Industry 4.0, which has taken place recently, has brought many innovations and developments with it. With this revolution, technology perceptions and perspectives of individuals and businesses have changed. The technological leaps that took place after Industry 4.0 have brought to business life the ways of doing business that individuals have never been accustomed to, such as remote working. This and many other changes have created an atmosphere of panic in some individuals and businesses, and fueled the desire of others to learn and develop. These positive and negative feelings about technological development created an ecosystem, those who adapt to change were offered the opportunity to work in new and better conditions, and those who opposed change faced extinction. Industry 4.0 has many components. These components lead technology today and make significant contributions to both businesses and individuals. The aim of this study is to reveal the concept of Industry 4.0 and its components, and to discuss its consequences for businesses. As a result of the study, it has been observed that Industry 4.0 is a promising revolution and the components and outputs of this revolution can make significant contributions to the business world.

Abstract
Yakın zamanda gerçekleşen Endüstri 4.0, beraberinde birçok yeniliği ve gelişimi getirmiştir. Bu devrim ile birlikte bireylerin ve işletmelerin teknoloji algıları ve bakış açıları değişime uğramıştır. Endüstri 4.0’dan sonra gerçekleşen teknolojik sıçramalar, uzaktan çalışma gibi daha önce bireylerin hiç alışık olmadıkları iş yapış şekillerini iş hayatına kazandırmıştır. Bu ve bunun gibi birçok değişim, kimi birey ve işletmelerde panik havası oluşturmuş, kimilerinin ise öğrenme ve gelişme isteğini körüklemiştir. Teknolojik gelişimle ilgili bu olumlu ve olumsuz duygular, bir ekosistem oluşturmuş, değişime uyum sağlayanlara yeni ve daha iyi koşullarda çalışma imkânı sunulmuş, değişime karşı çıkanlar ise yok olma ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. Endüstri 4.0’ın birçok bileşeni bulunmaktadır. Bu bileşenler günümüzde teknolojiye yön vermekte ve hem işletmelere hem de bireylere önemli katkılar sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların Endüstri 4.0 kavramını ve bileşenlerini ortaya koymak, bununla birlikte, işletmeler açısından sonuçlarını tartışmaktır. Çalışma sonucunda, Endüstri 4.0’ın ümit vadeden bir devrim olduğu ve bu devrimin bileşenlerinin ve çıktılarının iş dünyasına önemli katkılar sağlayabileceği gözlemlenmiştir.
