Şirketlerin Finansal Performansının VZA Pencere Analizi ile Belirlenmesi: BIST’ de Faaliyet Gösteren Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklıkları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklarının (GSYO) 2018-2022 yıllarına ait finansal performansları Veri Zarflama Analizi Yöntemlerinden, Pencere (Window) analiz yöntemi ile incelenmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar halinde verilmiştir. Firmalar analiz edilirken, finansal tablolardan elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Firmaların finansal verileri, Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu (KAP) ‘tan elde edilmiştir. Analizde homojenlik sağlanması için, aynı sektörde faaliyet gösteren firmalar seçilmiş ve bu firmaların finansal performansları çeşitli oranlar yardımıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya BIST’ te faaliyet gösteren 7 Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığından 6’ sı dahil edilmiştir. Pardus Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortakları A.Ş.’ ye ait finansal verilere analiz döneminin bazı yıllarında ulaşılmadığı için bu firma analize dahil edilmemiştir. Analizde 3 girdi değişken; (Cari oran, Kaldıraç Oranı, Duran varlık / Aktif toplamı oranı) ile 2 çıktı değişken; (Net Kar / Varlık Top. (ROA) ve Net Kar / Özsermaye Oranı (ROE)) kullanılmıştır. Pencere analizi 5 yıllık periyot için, girdi odaklı, ölçeğe göre sabit getiri ve değişken getiri varsayımı altında DEA-Solver Pro11 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Pencere analizinde (I-V) ve (I-C) sonuçlarına göre analize dahil edilen firmaların analiz dönemi boyunca finansal performanslarında bir düşüş yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
This study used the Window analysis method, one of the Data Envelopment Analysis Methods, to assess the financial performances of Venture Capital Investment Partners traded in Borsa Istanbul for the years 2018–2022, and the results were presented in tables. The information from the financial accounts was utilized to analyze the businesses. The Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) was used to gather the financial information for the companies.Organizations operating in the same sector were chosen in order to ensure uniformity in the analysis, and the financial performances of these organizations were compared with the aid of various ratios.
The study covered 6 of the 7 Venture Capital Investment Trusts active in BIST. Pardus Venture Capital Investment Partners A.. was not included in the analysis because it was unable to obtain financial data for some years throughout the study period. Two output variables—Net Profit / Total Asset (ROA) and Net Profit / Equity Ratio (ROE)—as well as three input variables—Current Ratio, Leverage Ratio, and Fixed Asset / Asset Total Ratio—are employed in the analysis. For a period of five years, window analysis was carried out using the DEA-Solver Pro11 program under the assumptions of input-oriented, constant returns to scale, and variable returns. According to the findings of the Window analysis, it was established that the companies included in the analysis (I-V) and (I-C) had a decline in their financial performance over the study period.
