In the analyzes; the Least Squares Method, unit root tests, cointegration tests and FMOLS-DOLS tests were used. 15 countries were determined for this study that have regular data between 1990-2018 about NMVOC. These countries were Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Turkey. As the disease; Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALYs) of asthma was calculated per capita and included in the analysis. Results: Significant relationships were found between NMVOC and disease of asthma in the study. A long-term relationship has been identified between the disease of asthma and NMVOC. The regression analysis revealed that the 1-unit increase in NMVOC created an increase of 0.0000375-0.0000413 units on the burden of disease of asthma. Management and health policies play an important role in this regard. The change in the organizational chart of the Ministry of Health in the provincial organization with Law No. 694 in our country has brought the importance of researching this activity. Public Hospitals Statistical Report - 2017 data and hospital efficiency assessment was deemed important in terms of being the latest data obtained from hospitals with the Public Hospitals Association management style. The study covers state hospitals and training and research hospitals in Istanbul. In this sense, state hospitals and education and research hospitals were analyzed in terms of total number of physicians, number of beds and number of applications, total number of surgeries, bed turnover rate, average stay day outputs among themselves. Efficiency assessment was made using data envelopment analysis. Input oriented CCR model was used in the study. As a result of the study, it was determined that 7 of the 18 state hospitals included in the study were technically efficient. Among the state hospitals, the lowest technical efficiency value is 0.504; the average was found to be 0.876. It was determined that 8 out of 15 training and research hospitals were technically efficient.
