Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin okul iklimine ilişkin algılarının belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın evreni, İstanbul ili Küçükçekmece ilçesinde resmi okullarda görev yapan öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın nicel boyutunda örneklemini 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılı birinci döneminde İstanbul ili Küçükçekmece ilçesinde görev yapan basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemi ile belirlenen 445 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubundaki öğretmenlerden veri toplamak amacıyla kişisel bilgi formu ve okul iklimi ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin örgütsel iklim ölçeğinin alt boyutlarından “destekleyici müdür”, “işbirlikçi öğretmen”, “umursamaz öğretmen” boyutlarında “Bazen”; “emredici müdür”, “kısıtlayıcı müdür” ve “samimi öğretmen” boyutlarında ise “Genellikle” düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin okul iklimine ilişkin algılarında işbirlikçi öğretmen boyutunda cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılaşma olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Diğer boyutlarda cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı farklılaşma olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the perceptions of teachers working in secondary schools about school climate. The universe of the research consists of teachers and school administrators working in public schools in Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul. The sample in the quantitative dimension of the research consists of 445 teachers determined by the simple random sampling method working in Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul province in the first semester of 2019-2020 academic year. Personal information form and School Climate Scale were used to collect data from the teachers in the sample group. The data obtained from the research were analyzed and interpreted using the SPSS program. In the research, "Sometimes" in the dimensions of "supportive manager", "collaborative teacher", "reckless teacher", which are the sub-dimensions of teachers' organizational climate scale; It was concluded that it was at the level of "General Manager" in terms of "ordering manager", "restrictive manager" and "sincere teacher". In the study, it was concluded that there is a significant difference in the perceptions of teachers about school climate in terms of the collaborative teacher dimension by gender. In other dimensions, it was concluded that there was no significant difference according to the gender variable.
