DENEYİME AÇIKLIK VE İŞSİZLİK KAYGISININ GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİLİMİNE ETKİSİ: Z KUŞAĞINA YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract
Bu araştırmada deneyime açık olabilme kişilik özelliği ile işsizlik kaygısının girişimcilik eğilimine olan etkisi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada Z kuşağında yer alan 445 kişiye anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada uygulanan anket iki bölümden oluşmuş, ilk bölümde demografik özelliklere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, kişilik, işsizlik kaygısı ve girişimcilik eğilimi ölçekleri yer almıştır. Araştırma modelinin analiz edilmesinde kısmi en küçük kareler yol analizi (PLS-SEM) kullanılmıştır. Veriler SmartPLS 3.2.8 istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda deneyime açıklık kişilik boyutu ve işsizlik kaygısının girişimcilik eğilimini pozitif yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. Buna ilaveten işsizlik kaygısı da girişimcilik eğilimini pozitif yönde etkilemektedir.

Abstract
In this research, it was tried to determine the effect of openness to experience personality trait and unemployment anxiety on entrepreneurial tendency. In the research, a questionnaire was conducted with 445 people in Generation Z. The survey consists of two parts and in the first part, demographic characteristics are included. The second part involves personality, unemployment anxiety and entrepreneurship tendency scales. Partial least squares path analysis (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze the research model. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 statistical program. According to the findings, it was seen that the personality dimension of openness to experience and unemployment anxiety positively affect the entrepreneurial tendency. In addition, unemployment anxiety positively affects the entrepreneurial tendency.
