Abstract
Bu çalışmada dijital diplomasi kavramı, dijital medyanın diplomasi alanında kullanımına ve TBMM’nin bu araçları dış politika hedefleri doğrultusunda nasıl kullandığına odaklanarak incelemektedir. Bu amaçla, konuyla ilgili literatür taramasıyla birlikte yapılan paylaşımlar ve etkileşimler incelenmiştir. Ayrıca temel istatistiksel bilgilere ve diğer ülke parlamentolarının bilgilerine yer verilmiştir. TBMM’nin dijital medyada kullanıcılarla etkileşimini arttırarak kitlelere yönelik politikalarında daha geniş bir kitleye ulaşmasını sağladığı görülmüştür Çalışma ile TBMM’nin aktif dijital medya kullanımının ve paylaşımlarının Türkiye’nin dış politika hedefleriyle uyumlu olduğuna ve dış politika pozisyonlarının yansıtılmasına yardımcı olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
This study analyzes the concept of digital diplomacy by focusing on the use of digital media in the area of diplomacy and how the Turkish parliament employs these instruments in conjunction with foreign policy goals of Turkey. To this end, as well as the review of literature relevant to the topic, posts and interactions of Turkish parliament were examined. Besides, basic statistical data and information on parliaments of other countries were presented in the study. It was discerned that the Turkish parliament achieved in reaching a larger mass of people via its policies toward masses by enhancing its interaction with digital media users. Alongside the study, it was inferred that the usage of digital media and posts by the Turkish parliament were compatible with foreign policy goals of Turkey and helpful for putting forward the foreign policy positions of Turkey.
