Abstract
Ekonomi, siyaset, yönetim alanındaki değişim, toplumsal değişimi de beraberinde getirmektedir. Toplumsal değişimin temel belirleyicilerinden birisi de küreselleşme olgusudur. Küreselleşme ile birlikte, dünyanın herhangi bir yerinde meydana gelen bir olay başka ülkeleri ve dolayısıyla toplumları da etkilemektedir. Dünyanında herhangi bir bölgesinde meydana gelen, savaş, salgın, doğal afetler gibi olaylar, insanların zorunlu olarak göç etmelerine sebep olmaktadır. Zorunlu sebeplerle birlikte insanlar yeni iş imkânları oluşturma, eğitim alma gibi isteğe bağlı nedenlerle başka ülkelere göç etmek durumunda kalmaktadır. Göç olgusunun, toplumlar üzerinde de etkisi bulunmaktadır. Göç eden insanlarının göç ettikleri ülkeye uyumu temel sorunlardan birisidir. Göç, sosyal dokuyu değiştirmekte, hem farklı sebeplerle göç etmek zorunda kalan göçmenler, mülteciler, sığınmacılar için hem de yerleşik halk için yeni bir hayat anlamına gelmektedir. Bu minvalden hareketle hazırlanan çalışmanın temel amacı, göç olgusunun irdelenmesidir. Bununla birlikte, göçmen, mülteci, sığınmacı, vatansız kavramları ile ilgili bir çerçeve çizilerek kavramlar arasındaki farkın ortaya konulması çalışmanın bir diğer amacıdır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan çalışma kapsamında ilk olarak göç kavramı, göç çeşitleri ve göçün nedenleri incelenmektedir. Daha sonrasında, göçmen, mülteci, sığınmacı, vatansız kavramları açıklanmaktadır. Son olarak, mülteci sayılma koşulları ve mülteci akımının nedenleri değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmaktadır. Betimleyici analiz yönteminden yararlanılarak hazırlanan çalışmada konu ile ilgili literatür taranarak birincil ve ikincil kaynaklardan faydalanılmıştır.

Abstract
The change in economy, politics and management brings about social change. One of the main determinants of social change is the phenomenon of globalization. Globalization is an event that occurs anywhere in the world, causing other countries and therefore societies to be affected. Events such as war, epidemic, and natural disasters that occur in any part of the world cause people to migrate. Along with compulsory reasons, people have to migrate to other countries for optional reasons such as creating new job opportunities and receiving education. The phenomenon of migration also has an impact on societies. The adaptation of immigrants to the country that they migrated is one of the main problems. Migration changes the social fabric and means a new life both for immigrants, refugees, asylum-seekers and residents who have to migrate for different reasons. The main purpose of the study, which is prepared in this regard, is to examine the phenomenon of migration. On the other hand, it is another purpose of the study to reveal the difference between the concepts by drawing a framework related to the concepts of immigrant, refugee, asylum seeker and stateless. Within the scope of the study prepared for this purpose, the concept of migration, types of migration and the reasons of migration are first examined. Afterwards, the concepts of immigrant, refugee, asylum seeker and stateless are explained. Finally, the conditions for being considered refugees and the reasons for the refugee flow are evaluated. In the study prepared by using descriptive analysis method, primary and secondary sources were used by scanning the relevant literature.
