Abstract
Amaç: Presenteizm konusunda Türkiye’de yapılmış çalışmaların bibliyometrik değerlendirilmesinin yapılarak; holistik bakış açısıyla sonuçların ortaya konmasıdır.
Yöntem: Presenteizm konusunda yapılan tezlere; https://tez.yok.gov.tr adresinden ulaşılmıştır. Taramada kullanılan kelimeler; presenteizm, presenteeism, presenteism, işte var olamama olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu şekilde yapılan aramada 50 teze ulaşılmış olup; 4 tez presenteizmle ilgili olmadığı için, 2 tezde nicel çalışma olmadığı için araştırmaya dahil edilmemiştir. Analizde kullanılan ölçütlerin başlıkları; tezin kabul edildiği yıl, tezin konusu, tezin türü, hangi üniversitede ve enstitüde çalışıldığı, teze danışmanlık eden öğretim üyesinin unvanı, kaç sayfadan oluştuğu, çalışmada kullanılan yöntem, evren özellikleri örneklem sayısı kullanılan ölçekler ve uygulanan istatistikler ve sonuç olarak sıralanmıştır.
Bulgular: Presenteizm konusunun işlendiği tezler incelenmiş ve 2007 Ocak -2022 Haziran ayları arasında 46 çalışmaya rastlanmıştır. Çalışmaların bir tanesinde derinlemesine görüşme tekniği, bir tanesinde ise literatür taraması uygulanmış olup diğer çalışmalarda anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Presenteizm konusunun etkilediği farklı konu başlıkları olmakla birlikte çalışmalar insan kaynakları yönetimine ışık tutacak nitelikleri ile ön plana çıkmaktadır.
Sonuç: İncelenen tezlerde kullanılan ölçeklerin sonuçlarında paralelliklerin söz konusu olması bu konuda çalışmaların değerini ortaya koymaktadır. Presenteizm konusunun çözümüne odaklanan işletmelerde, verimliliğin artacağı gerçeği göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.

Abstract
Aim: To ecaluate the studies about presenteism in Turkey bibliometricly and present them in holistic perspective.
Method:The Theses on presenteism are Retrieved from https://tez.yok.gov.tr. The words used in the search; presenteeism, presenteeism, presenteism and absenteeism at work. In the search, made in this way, 50 theses were reached; 4 theses were not included in the research because they were not related to presenteeism, and 2 theses were not quantitative studies. The titles of the criteria used in the analysis; The year when the thesis was accepted, the subject of the thesis, the type of the thesis, the university and institute it was studied in, the title of the faculty member who advised the thesis, how many pages it consisted of, the method used in the study, the universe characteristics, the sample number, the scales used and the statistics applied, and the results were listed.
Finding: Theses on presenteism were examined and 46 studies were found between January 2007 and June 2022. In-depth interview technique was used in one of the studies and a literature review was used in the other studies, while the survey method was used in the other studies. Although there are different topics affected by presenteism, the studies come to the fore with their qualities that will be helpful on human resources management.
Result : The fact that there are parallels in the results of the scales used in the theses examined reveals the value of the studies on this subject. The productivity will increase in businesses that focus on the solution of presenteism.
