Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi (YÖKTEZ) veri tabanında yayınlanan otantik liderlik ile ilgili hazırlanmış lisansüstü tezlerin zaman içindeki gelişimini bibliyometrik tekniği ile incelemektir. Otantik liderlikle ilgili olarak veri tabanında ilk çalışmanın 2010 yılında yapıldığı görülmüştür. Son çalışma ise 2022 yılında Ekim’de yapılmıştır. Çalışmada otantik liderlik ile ilgili veri tabanında yer alan 55 yüksek lisans, 12 doktora tezi analiz edilmiştir. Bu tezler, “yıl”, “üniversite”, “enstitü”, “anabilim dalları”, “kullanılan anahtar kelimeler”, “araştırma yöntemleri”, “veri toplama teknikleri” ve “tez araştırma konularına” göre incelenmiştir. Lisansüstü tezlerden elde edilen veriler, bibliyometrik analiz ile sosyal bilimlerde kullanılan istatistik programı kullanılarak frekans ve yüzdelik değerleri hesaplanmıştır.
Araştırma bulgularına göre; yüksek lisans tezlerin doktora tezlerine göre daha fazla olduğu ve tezlerin en fazla sosyal bilimler enstitüsünde yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Lisansüstü tezler, yıllar açısından incelendiğinde düzenli artış veya azalış olmadığı görülmüştür. Tezlerin çoğunluğunun İşletme anabilim dalında yapıldığı ve en fazla tekrarlanan anahtar kelimelerin “otantik liderlik”, “liderlik”, “psikolojik sermaye” olduğu görülmüştür. Tezlerin araştırma yöntemlerinin ise saha çalışması olduğu ve nicel yöntemin sıklıkla kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte lisansüstü tezlerde otantik liderlik ile çok fazla kavram ilişkilendirilip araştırılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar araştırmacılara ve akademisyenlere sosyal bilimler alanındaki hizmetkâr liderlik araştırma alanını daha fazla keşfetmeleri için bir rehberlik sunmaktadır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the development of postgraduate theses on authentic leadership published in the database of the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center (YÖKTEZ) over time with the bibliometric technique. It was seen that the first study in the database regarding authentic leadership was done in 2010. The last study was carried out in October 2022. In the study, 55 master's and 12 doctoral theses in the database about authentic leadership were analyzed. These theses were analyzed according to "year", "university", "institute", "departments", "keywords used", "research methods", "data collection techniques" and "thesis research topics". Frequency and percentage values were calculated by using the data obtained from graduate theses, bibliometric analysis and statistical program used in social sciences.
According to the research findings, it has been determined that master's theses are more than doctoral theses and theses are mostly made in social sciences institutes. When the graduate theses were examined in terms of years, it was seen that there was no regular increase or decrease.The most repeated keywords is “authentic leadership”, “liderlik”, “psychological capital”,“leadership” and the majority of theses are done in the Department of Business Administration. It has been seen that the research methods of theses are field studies and the quantitative method is frequently used. However, many concepts have been associated and researched in postgraduate theses with authentic leadership. These results offer the researchers and scholars a guidance to further explore the servant leadership research area in the field of social sciences.
