Türkiye’de İllerin Hastane Sayısı ve Hastane Yatak Sayısına Göre Bulanık Kümeleme Analizi ile Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Özellikle pandemi döneminde sağlık kurumları, sağlık çalışanları ve sağlık kurumlarının kapasitelerinin önemi tüm kamuoyunun yakından takip ettiği konular arasında yer almıştır. Yapılan çalışmada TÜİK verileri kullanılarak Türkiye’de illerin hastane sayıları ve hastane yatak sayıları bakımından nasıl bir kümelenme gösterdikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla yapılan çalışmada bulanık kümeleme analizi önce hastane sayıları daha sonra hastane yatak sayıları açısından değerlendirilerek ortaya çıkan kümelenme analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda Türkiye’deki iller hastane sayılarına göre “4” ve hastane yatak sayılarına göre ise ”5” küme oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Dikkati çeken en önemli nokta Ankara ve İstanbul’un hiçbir kümeye üyelik göstermemesi, hem hastane sayısı hem de hastane yatak sayısına göre tam bir bulanık üyelik ortaya koymuş olmasıdır.

Abstract
Especially during the pandemic period, the importance of the capacities of health institutions, health workers and health institutions has been among the issues that the whole public follows closely. In the study, it was determined how the provinces in Turkey clustered according to the number of hospitals and the number of hospital beds using TURKSTAT data. For this purpose, fuzzy clustering analysis was evaluated in terms of the number of hospitals and the number of hospital beds, and the resulting cluster was analyzed and evaluated. At the end of the study, it was seen that provinces in Turkey formed “4” clusters according to the number of hospitals and “5” clusters according to the number of hospital beds. The most striking point is that Ankara and Istanbul do not show membership in any cluster, and they show a complete fuzzy membership in terms of both the number of hospitals and the number of hospital beds.
