İŞYERİ DEĞİŞTİRME KARŞISINDA İŞGÖREN SESLİLİĞİNİN SÜRDÜRÜLMESİNDE TEMEL DİNAMİKLER ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Araştırma, bir önceki işyerinde işgören sesliliğinin, yeni mikro işyerinde sürdürülmesinde etkili olabilecek temel dinamiklerin neler olduğunun belirlenmesi amacı taşımaktadır. Mikro işyerlerinin özelliğinden kaynaklanan işgören sayısının azlığı (10 işgören) iletişim olanakları ile işgören sesliliğinin sürdürülmesine önemli katkılar sağlayabileceği düşünülmüştür. Bu düşünce araştırmanın, mikro işyerlerine odaklanılmasına neden olmuştur. Bir önceki mikro işyerinde sesliliği benimsemiş işgörenlerin yeni işyerlerinde sesliliği sürdürme çabaları nitel (görüşme) ve nicel (ölçek) yöntemlerle araştırılmıştır. Her iki yöntemin bulgularının birbirlerini destekler nitelikte olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmanın nitel kısmından elde edilen bulgulara göre, yeni işyerlerinde işgören sesliliğinin sürdürülmesine işgörenlerin proaktif davranışları, girişimcinin tutumu, sesliliğin yararları, etkili iletişim, girişimciye duyulan güven ve işyerinin sürekliliği için iş güvencesinin korunma amacının güdülmesi temel dinamikler arasında değerlendirilmiştir. Nicel yöntemlerinden elde edilen bulgular için frekans ve çapraz tablolar kullanılmıştır. Verilen yanıtlara göre çapraz tablolarda, demografik özellikler ve ölçek maddeleri arasındaki ilişkiler hangi maddelerde ayrımlaştığı değerlendirilmiştir. Yine, kullanılan ölçek ile elde olunan bulgular mikro işyerlerinde işgören sesliliğinin sürdürüldüğünü göstermektedir.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine what are the main dynamics that may be effective in maintaining employee voice in the previous workplace in the new micro workplace. It has been thought that the small number of employees (10 employees) caused by the characteristics of micro-workplaces can make a significant contribution to maintaining the voice of the workforce with communication opportunities.This thought has led to the focus of the research on micro-workplaces. The efforts of the employees who adopted the voice in the previous micro workplace to maintain the voice in the new workplace were investigated by qualitative (interview) and quantitative (scale) methods. It has been observed that the findings of both methods support each other. According to the findings obtained from the qualitative part of the researh, the new employee proactive behavior of employees in the new workplaces to the resumption of the voice, the attitude of the entrepreneur, the benefits of voice, effective communication, confidence, entrepreneurs, and job security with the protection of the purpose of the continuity of the workplace meant to be among basic dynamics were evaluated. Frequency and cross-tables were used for the findings obtained from quantitative methods. According to the answers given, the relationships between demographic characteristics and scale items were evaluated in which items were decoupled in the cross-tables. Also, the findings obtained with the scale used indicate that the voice of the employees is maintained in micro-workplaces.
