Abstract
Yeni korona virüs salgını çok kısa sürede tüm dünyayı etkisi altına almıştır. Alınan tüm önlemlere karşın pandeminin küresel etkilerinin önüne geçilememiştir. Salgınlar tarihi incelendiğinde, salgınların daha çok ekonomik ve sağlık üzerindeki etkisi önemsenmektedir. Ancak psikolojik ve eğitime etkisine dair araştırmalar daha çok 21. Yüzyılda yapılmış. Bu araştırmaların birçoğu yetişkinlere yöneliktir. Bu kapsamda pandemilerin çocuklar üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle Pandemi döneminde yaşanan kısıtlamaların çocuklar üzerindeki etkisini, anlamak ve belirlemek bu çalışmanın amacıdır. Bu çalışmada içerik analizi yöntemiyle çocukların pandemiden nasıl etkilendiği ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Pandemiler tarihi incelenmiş, alınan önlemlerin eğitim ve eğitim ortamlarına etkileri değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract
The new corona virus epidemic has affected the whole world in a very short time. Despite all the measures taken, the global effects of the pandemic could not be prevented. When the history of epidemics is examined, the effect of epidemics on the economy and health is considered more important. However, research on its psychological and educational effects was mostly conducted in the 21st century. Many of these studies are aimed at adults. In this context, it is of great importance to investigate the effects of pandemics on children. For this reason, it is the aim of this study to understand and determine the effect of the restrictions experienced during the pandemic period on children. In this study, it was tried to reveal how children were affected by the pandemic with the content analysis method. In this context, the history of Pandemics was examined and the effects of the measures taken on education and training environments were evaluated.
