Abstract
Sağlık krizi olarak tüm dünyayı etkileyen Covid 19 pandemisi ekonomi, istihdam, eğitim, ticaret ve turizm gibi çeşitli sektörlerde köklü değişime sebep olmuştur. Covid-19‘un getirdiği değişimler ile toplumsal yaşam ve bireylerin tüketim alışkanlıkları ve sosyal hayatı dönüşüme uğrayarak çevrimiçi ortama evrilmiş ve dijital bir çağa geçiş hızlanmıştır. Dijitalleşmenin ekonomiye ve kalkınmaya yansıması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Covid-19 pandemisinin toplumlar üzerinde olumsuz yansımaları yoğun olmakla birlikte krizin hızlandırdığı dijitalleşme süreci kalkınmanın önemli bir unsuru haline gelmiştir.
Çalışma kalkınma, dijitalleşme ve Covid-19 konularını birlikte içeren literatürdeki araştırma eğilimlerini belirlemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı Covid-19 sürecinin sebep olduğu küresel zorluklar ile birlikte dünyada artan dijitalleşmenin oluşturduğu süreci kavramsal çerçevede ele alarak kalkınmaya etkisinin incelenmesidir. Sağlık, eğitim ve ekonomi odaklı çalışmalar İnsani Kalkınma Endeksi (HDI) referans kabul edilerek kalkınma açısından ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada "MAXQDA Analytics Pro 2022” paket programı kullanılarak nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi ile ikincil veriler kullanılmış ve bibliyometrik analiz ile çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini covid, digitelleşme ve kalkınma konularını kapsayan 105 makale oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemde incelenen makaleler konularına göre kod alanlarına ayrıştırılarak kod haritaları ile görselleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; Covid 19 pandemisi eğitim, ekonomi ve sağlık sektörlerini çok ciddi düzeyde olumsuz etkilemesine rağmen kalkınma odaklı dijital dönüşümü yaygınlaştırdığı belirlenmiştir.
Bu çalışmanın, Covid-19 pandemisinin hızlandırdığı yeni normal düzende dijitalleşmenin seçili sektörler açısından kalkınmaya etkisini belirlemeye katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmüştür. Buna ilaveten Covid-19 pandemisini; dijital dönüşüm ve kalkınma konuları ile ilişkilendirerek literatürdeki güncel eğilimleri göstermek, gelişme gösteren araştırma alanlarını belirlemek ve gelecekteki çalışmalara dair öneriler sunmak açısından yol göstereceği düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic, which has began as a health crisis, has simultaneously led to profound changes in various sectors such as the economy, employment, education, trade, and tourism. The changes caused by Covid-19 have transformed individuals' consumption, lifestyles and social interactions, transitioning them to an online environment and to a digital age. The implications of digitization for the economy and development are of great importance. Despite the negative impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on societies, the accelerated process of digitalization has become a significant component of development.
The study aims to determine the research trends in the literature that encompass digitization, development, and Covid-19 together. The objective of the study is to examine the impact of the increasing digitization worldwide, along with the global challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, on the economy, health, education sectors, and development within a conceptual framework. In this study, health, education, and economy-focused situations are approached from a development perspective, considering the Human Development Index (HDI) as a reference. The study utilizes secondary data obtained through document analysis using the "MAXQDA Analytics Pro 2022" software package, and it is analyzed through the bibliometric analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The study encompasses 105 articles that cover the topics of Covid, digitization, and development. The examined articles in the sample are categorized into code areas and visualized through code maps. According to the findings, it has been determined that the Covid-19 pandemic, despite significantly negative impacts on the education, economy, and health sectors, has affected to the widespread adoption of development-oriented digital transformation.
This study will contribute to determining the state of digitization in selected sectors in the new normal era accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, it is expected to provide insights into the current status and trends in the literature related to the Covid-19 pandemic, digital transformation and development.
