Abstract
Mesleki eğitim uygulamaları açısından meslek yüksekokullarının önemi gittikçe artmaktadır. Özellikle mesleki konularda yeterli, gerekli donanıma sahip, işletmelerin talep ettiği işgücünün yetiştirilmesi açısından staj uygulamaları ise, işletme-öğrenci-okul işbirliklerinin sağlanması açısından büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu konunun önemi düşünülerek çalışmamızda SBMYO bölümlerinde yapılan staj uygulamalarının, staj yapılan kuruma ve öğrenciye olan katkısı, karşılaşılan sorunlar, kurumların ve öğrencilerin beklentileri, kurum yetkililerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla Bozok Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulundaki öğrencilerin 2017 yaz döneminde staj yaptıkları yerler belirlenip, stajdan sorumlu olan kişilerle derinlemesine mülakat yapılarak işyerinin beklentileri ve eğitime katkısı araştırılmıştır.

Abstract
In terms of vocational education practices, the importance of vocational higher schools is increasing. Internship applications in terms of training of the workforce, which are required in professional matters and which have necessary equipments and which are required by the enterprises, have great importance in terms of ensuring business-student-school cooperation. Considering the importance of this matter, we will try to determine the internship applications made in social sciences vocational college departments, the contribution of the internship institution and students, the problems encountered, the expectations of the institutions and students, in line with the opinions of the institutional authorities. For this purpose, Bozok University Social Sciences Vocational School students will determine where they have completed their internships in the summer of 2017 and will be interviewed with the persons in charge of the internship, so that the workplace's expectancy and education contribution will be investigated.
