BİNGÖL ÜNİVERSİTESİ PERSONELİNE YÖNELİK KALKINMA VE İHTİSASLAŞMA PROGRAMI HAKKINDA GÖRÜŞLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract
Bingöl Üniversitesi’nin bölgesel kalkınma ve İhtisaslaşma amacıyla pilot üniversite seçilmesini konu alan bu çalışma, Bingöl Üniversitesi’nde çalışan akademik ve idari personelin pilot üniversiteye yönelik bilgi ve memnuniyet durumlarını belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bunun için 176 akademik ve idari personele anket uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan anket, basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ankete katılan personelden 132’si akademik, 44’ü ise idari personeldir. Bölgesel kalkınma ve ihtisaslaşma projesiyle ilgili olarak, projenin başarısı, bölge ekonomisine katkısı, bal üretimine ve markalaşmasına etkisi ile ilgili anketörlerden alınan yanıtların çoklu uyum (correspondence) analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analiz sonuçlarına göre, İhtisaslaşma programının Bingöl arıcılarına ekonomik açıdan katkısı hususunda; proje görevinde bulunan akademik personelin görüşleri olumlu ve erkeklerin görüşleri olumsuz iken proje görevi olmayan idari personel kısmen katkı sağlayacağını düşünmektedir. Akademik erkek personel bal kalitesinin artacağını belirtirken, idari personel kısmen artacağını savunmaktadır. Projesi olmayan akademik erkek personel projenin Bingöl bal üretimine katkı sağlayacağını belirtirken, kadınlar kısmen katkı sağlayacağını beklemektedir. Projesi olanlar Bingöl’ün tanıtımı hakkında olumlu düşünürken, kadınlar olumsuz ve projesi olmayan erkekler ise kısmen olumlu düşünmüşlerdir.

Abstract
This study, which is based on the selection of Bingöl University as a pilot university for regional development and specialization, was carried out to determine the knowledge and satisfaction of the academic and administrative staff working at Bingöl University towards the pilot university. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 176 academic and administrative personnel. The applied questionnaire was carried out by simple random sampling method. Of the personnel participating in the survey, 132 are academic personnel and 44 are administrative personnel. Regarding the regional development and specialization project, multiple correlation analysis of the answers received from the interviewers regarding the success of the project, its contribution to the regional economy, and its impact on honey production and branding were conducted. According to the results of this analysis, regarding the economic contribution of the specialization program to Bingöl beekeepers; While the opinions of the academic staff working on the project are positive and the opinions of the men are negative, the administrative staff who do not have a project task think that they will contribute partially. While academic male staff state that the quality of honey will increase, administrative staff argue that it will increase partially. While academic male staff who do not have a project state that the project will contribute to Bingöl honey production, women expect it to contribute partially. While those who have a project thought positively about the promotion of Bingöl, women thought negatively and men who did not have a project thought partially positively.
