Abstract
Üniversite-sanayi işbirliği, üniversitelerde var olan bilgi birikiminin nitelikli insan gücüyle sanayinin tecrübesi ile birleşmesi sonucu elde edilen kazançları ifade etmektedir. Üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin gerçekleşmesi ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyleri için oldukça büyük öneme sahiptir. Ülkeler bu süreçte sanayide elde edilen verileri uygulamak için uzun vadeli hedefler belirlemektedir. Çünkü üniversite-sanayi işbirliği gelişmekte olan ülkelerin kalkınmasını, gelişmiş olan ülkelerin ise ekonomik gücünün daha da güçlenmesini sağlamaktadır. Bu noktada ülkelerin kalkınmışlık düzeyinde söz konusu işbirliğin payı oldukça yüksektir. Üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin etkin bir şekilde sağlanabilmesi için üniversitelerin araştırmalarının sonucunda elde edilen bilgilerin akademik personeller aracılığıyla sanayiye entegre edilmesi gerekmektedir. Üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinin etkin bir şekilde sağlanması nitelikli işgücünün istihdam edilmesini, bölgeler arası gelişmişlik farkının azalmasını, teknolojik gelişmelerle uyum içinde olunmasını ve nitelikli iş gücünün beyin göçünün azalmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu araştırma ile üniversite-sanayi işbirliğinde teknoparkların rolüne yönelik bilgiler sunmak ve bu bilgiler doğrultusunda değerlendirmeler yapmak amaçlanmaktadır.

University-industry cooperation refers to the gains obtained as a result of the combination of the knowledge available at the universities with the experience of the industry with the qualified manpower. The realization of university-industry cooperation is of great importance for the development levels of countries. In this process, countries set long-term targets to apply the data obtained in the industry. Because university-industry cooperation ensures the development of developing countries and strengthens the economic power of developed countries. At this point, the share of the said cooperation in the development level of the countries is quite high. In order to ensure effective university-industry cooperation, the information obtained as a result of university research should be integrated into the industry through academic staff. The effective provision of university-industry cooperation ensures the employment of qualified workforce, the reduction of the development gap between regions, the compatibility with technological developments and the reduction of the brain drain of the qualified workforce. With this research, it is aimed to evaluate the role of technoparks in university-industry cooperation.
