Abstract
Kuruluş yerinin seçimi özellikle sabit yatırım ağırlıklı işletmelerde başlangıç aşamasında birçok analiz ve bilimsel yöntemler kullanılarak karara bağlanmalıdır. Yer seçiminde sektör bazında farklı faktörler etkili olmakla birlikte bu faktörlerin objektif bir şekilde profesyonelce yapılmasını gerektirmektedir. Mermer ve diğer doğal taşlar birçok bölgede çıkmasına rağmen ihracat belirli bölgelerde yapılmaktadır. Araştırma mermer yataklarının yoğun olduğu ve limana yakın olan Muğla, Denizli, Burdur ve Afyon illeri arasında en uygun yerin seçimi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Kuruluş yerini etkileyen faktörler olarak genelde kullanılan faktörlerle birlikte üretim alanlarının sahipliği, maliyeti ve lojistik belirleyici faktörler olmuştur. Yer seçiminde puanlama yöntemi kullanılarak seçim yapılmış olup en uygun yer olarak Denizli İlinde Bir ihracat mermer işletmesi belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
The selection of the establishment location should be decided by using many analyzes and scientific methods at the initial stage, especially in fixed investment enterprises. Although different factors on the basis of the sector are effective in the selection of location, these factors require an objective professional conduct. Although marble and other natural stones are produced in many regions, exports are made in certain regions. The research was carried out on the selection of the most suitable place among the provinces of Muğla, Denizli, Burdur and Afyon, which have dense marble deposits and are close to the port. Along with the factors that are generally used as the factors affecting the establishment location, the ownership, cost and logistics of the production areas have been the determining factors. The location selection was made using the scoring method, and an export marble enterprise in Denizli was determined as the most suitable location.
