Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul yöneticilerinin işbirlikçi davranışlarının bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştıranın evrenini Isparta il merkezinde resmi ve özel ilköğretim kurumları 2. kademesinde görev yapan 1500 öğretmen, örneklemini ise evreni oluşturan öğretmenler arasından gönüllülük esasına göre katılan 308 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu ve işbirlikçi iklim ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda, yapılan normallik test sonuçlarına göre veriler normal dağılım göstermediği için nonparametrik istatistik analiz testleri kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların ölçeklerden aldıkları puanlar aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapma X±Sd olarak sunulmuştur. İkili karşılaştırmalarda Mann Whitney-U testi uygulanmış olup, üç ve fazla değişkenin karşılaştırılmasında Kruskal Wallis-H testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin, yöneticilerinin işbirlikçi davranışları algılarında cinsiyet, medeni durum ve hizmet süresi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiş, yaş değişkenine göre ise anlamlı bir farklılığa rastlanmamıştır. Sonuçta cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş ve hizmet süresi değişkenlerine göre elde edilen sonuçlardan farklılık gösteren diğer çalışmaların öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları kurum türü, yerleşim birimi, coğrafi bölge ve yaşadıkları sosyokültürel şartların farklılığından kaynaklandığı düşünülmektedir. Farklı okullarda yapılan çalışmaların, kurumsal yapıdan kaynaklanan işbirlikçi davranışları, hizmet süresi ve kurum kültürü nedeniyle farklı sonuç vermiş olması muhtemeldir. Bunun yanında yine kurum türlerine göre aldıkları hizmet öncesi ve hizmet içi eğitim faaliyetlerinin farklı sonuçlar ortaya çıkardığı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the cooperative behaviors of secondary school administrators according to some variables. The researcher's universe consisted of 1500 teachers working in the 2nd level of public and private primary education institutions in the city center of Isparta, and the sample was 308 teachers who participated on a voluntary basis from among the teachers who made up the universe. Personal information form and collaborative climate scale were used as data collection tools in the research. In line with the data obtained, nonparametric statistical analysis tests were used because the data did not show normal distribution according to the results of the normality test. The scores obtained by the participants from the scales were presented as arithmetic mean and standard deviation X±Sd. Mann Whitney-U test was used for pairwise comparisons and Kruskal Wallis-H test was used for comparison of three or more variables. A significant difference was found in the perceptions of the cooperative behaviors of the teachers participating in the study according to the variables of gender, marital status and length of service, but no significant difference was found according to the age variable. As a result, it is thought that other studies that differ from the results obtained according to the variables of gender, marital status, age and length of service are due to the differences in the type of institution where the teachers work, the place of residence, geographical region and the socio-cultural conditions in which they live. It is possible that the studies conducted in different schools yielded different results due to the collaborative behaviors stemming from the institutional structure, length of service and corporate culture. In addition, it is thought that the pre-service and in-service training activities they receive according to the types of institutions reveal different results.
